Our Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. Failure to do this will result in you being required to pay 50% of the cost of treatment which will taken from your non-refundable deposit, if one has been paid, or will need to be paid before your next appointment.

No Shows/Last Minute Cancellations on the Day

As less than 24 hours notice has been given, 50% of your treatment cost will be required. If this happens more than twice you will no longer be able to book services without paying in full before your appointment.

Late Cancellation Alternatives

If you do find yourself in a situation where you can not make your appointment we actually have a pretty cool alternative which is “gift your space” where you can offer your appointment time to a member of your family or a friend before cancelling (as long as they have had a skin test) if the treatment requires that.
So they can enjoy some pampering time on you. This will mean you won’t be charged.
